Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the VibeBox platform and related services (the "Service") provided by Agent Xero LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company and part of the Agentic Secure Group. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice or refund.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
1.1 Illegal Activities
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Store, transmit, or process content that is illegal in the United States or your jurisdiction of residence.
- Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other financial crimes.
1.2 Security Violations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' workspaces, or any connected systems or networks.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network, or breach any security or authentication measures, except within your own isolated workspace for legitimate security research.
- Launch denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, or participate in attacks against any internet-connected system.
- Deploy or operate malware, ransomware, botnets, cryptominers (for profit), or other malicious software.
- Intercept, monitor, or forge network traffic not intended for your workspace.
- Attempt to circumvent workspace isolation, escape container boundaries, or access other tenants' infrastructure.
1.3 Abuse of Resources
- Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining for profit or speculation.
- Consume compute resources in a manner that degrades service for other users.
- Use the Service as a proxy, VPN exit node, Tor relay, or open relay for traffic not related to your development activities.
- Use the Service for bulk email sending, spam, phishing, or social engineering attacks.
- Resell, sublicense, or share your workspace access with unauthorized parties.
- Circumvent metering, billing, trial limitations, or usage quotas.
1.4 Harmful Content
- Store, transmit, or process child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors.
- Host or distribute content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred against protected groups.
- Store or transmit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
1.5 Interference with Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its components.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any proprietary component of the Service.
- Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any security features, access controls, or usage limitations of the Service.
- Use automated means to create accounts, bypass rate limits, or scrape Service content.
2. Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability in the Service, we ask that you report it responsibly to security@agent-xero.com before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and work to address confirmed vulnerabilities promptly.
3. Monitoring and Enforcement
Agent Xero LLC reserves the right to:
- Monitor network traffic metadata (not workspace content) for security threats and abuse detection.
- Investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
- Suspend or terminate accounts in violation of this AUP, with or without prior notice.
- Report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations as required by law.
We do not routinely monitor the content of your workspace files, terminal sessions, or code repositories.
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@agent-xero.com.
5. Consequences of Violation
Violations may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:
- Written warning.
- Temporary suspension of your workspace.
- Immediate termination of your account without refund.
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities.
- Legal action to recover damages.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
